Festive and fun kite flying wreath

This fun and festive, happy wreath celebrates a great pastime. Kite flying is fun any time of the year, but most fun in the warm and windy months! 
The wreath is created on a wire frame embellished with tinsel ties. I used beautiful blue, purple, lime green, orange and yellows. I doubled up on this mesh to give this wreath a lot of fullness. 
I then added vibrant and festive kite ribbons as well as other coordinating ribbons in pattern and color to give it lots of dimension! 
The centerpiece is an adorable block kite sign.
This wreath should be hung  in an area not subject to rain, to protect it from damage.
